BURIAL
Burial options at Ewing Cemetery go far beyond the traditional and include in-ground casket burial, mausoleum crypt burial, and patio crypt burial. The individual sections of the cemetery feature unique settings and characteristics designed to offer a final resting place as special as the people residing there.
INURNMENT
Being one of the first crematoria in the state means offering a variety of permanent urn placement memorialization options for those who chose cremation. We have columbarium options available that include niches both indoors and outside on the grounds, glass-fronted, bronze, and more.
sCATTERING
Plans are in the works for construction of an extensive Cremation Garden that will include permanent urn placement options as well as park-like scattering areas.
cREMATION
The crematorium at Ewing Cemetery was built in 1933 and was one of the first in the state. Ewing Cemetery was a pioneer in the development of cremation best practices for safety, environmental responsibility, and as an alternative to traditional burial as a method of permanent memorialization.
Ewing Cemetery remains committed to providing the absolute best in crematory equipment technology, operational practices, environmental protection, carbon footprint reduction, and providing for the needs of the community regardless of the choice of disposition. We believe that this Age of Cremation is not the Age of Cremation Only.
